CREATIVE IN PROVISION!
1 Timothy 4:4 NIV: For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,
Exodus 16:4, 13-15 TM: GOD said to Moses, "I'm going to rain bread down from the skies for you. The people will go out and gather each day's ration....When the layer of dew had lifted, there on the wilderness ground was a fine flaky-something, fine as frost on the ground. The Israelites took one look and said to one another MAN-HU (What is it?). They had no idea what it was. So Moses told them, "It's the bread GOD has given you to eat.
Numbers 11:6-9: ...nothing tastes good out here; all we get is manna, manna, manna." Manna was a seedlike substance with a shiny appearance like resin. The people went around collecting it and ground it between stones or pounded it fine in a mortar. Then they boiled it in a pot and shaped it into cakes. It tasted like a delicacy cooked in olive oil. When the dew fell on the camp at night, the manna was right there with it.
John 6:5-7, 12-13: When Jesus looked out and saw that a large crowd had arrived, he said to Philip, "Where can we buy bread to feed these people?" He said this to stretch Philip's faith. He already knew what he was going to do. Philip answered, "Two hundred silver pieces wouldn't be enough to buy bread for each person to get a piece."....When the people had eaten their fill, he said to his disciples, "Gather the leftovers so nothing is wasted." They went to work and filled twelve large baskets with leftovers from the five barley loaves.
Philippians 4:19 NIV: And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
Beyond Five: Genesis 22:7-14. Prayer: I can trust You for Your provision because You are so creative in the ways You provide for me!
