M. Lemuel and Anne Perry are senior pastors of Bethel Assembly of God. Pastor Perry spent his childhood and youth in Farmington, New Mexico. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, and also from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas, where his major was missions. He is ordained by the Assemblies of God, Springfield, Missouri. He and Anne have a daughter, Michelle, and a son, Matthew. Their began ministry in 1972 as associate pastors in Richardson, Texas. They then served as senior pastors in Cope, Colorado for three years, Colorado Springs, Colorado for eleven years, and Phoenix, Arizona for ten years. For four years they were on staff in a church in Sun City, Arizona. God called them to Bethel in August of 2002.
Anne uses her extensive experience in children's ministries by teaching the kindergarten Sunday School class and also by leading the Friends group for girls on Wednesday nights. She also works as the church secretary.
Glenda Horner is associate pastor at Bethel Assembly. She graduated from Fort Sumner (New Mexico) High School a
nd attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Berean School of the Bible. She began teaching and preaching in her late teens, and was ordained by the Assemblies of God in 1992. A long-time member of Bethel Assembly, she has ministered to children, youth, women, adults and the elderly, as well as being involved in music and secretarial duties. She has been associate pastor at Bethel since October 2003. She conducts regular services at two nursing homes in Clovis.
Esdras & Michelle Orantes serve on staff as Spanish pastors at Bethel. She is the daughter of the Perrys, and he comes from El Salvador, where he graduated from Betel Instituto Biblico in 2004. Esdras is licensed and Michelle is certified ministers with the Assemblies of God. Both of them also help on the praise team. He also works full time at secular jobs and she is part-time secretary at Bethel.
